Kelsey Palamarchuk
Kelsey's involvement with dance started at the age of three when she started taking Ukrainian dance lessons. As her love of dance grew, she expanded her repertoire by studying with different teachers and choreographers in the areas of Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Hip Hop, African, and Ukrainian Dance. Dancing has given Kelsey many opportunities including the privilege of performing in the opening ceremonies for the 2001 IAAF World Track and Field Championships, and dancing in the opening and half-time show for the 2002 Grey Cup. Kelsey also danced with Dance Extreme at Victoria High School, toured Ukraine twice with the Nadiya Choreographic Dance Ensemble and this year is her third season as a dancer with the Edmonton CRUSH.
Kelsey started teaching Ukrainian dancing as a way to share her love of dance with a new generation. Teaching is something she loves to do and it brings her great joy.
Just recently Kelsey was invited to to teach a Intensive Ukrainian dance workshop in Clevland, Ohio. As well as completeing her certification in Zumba and Fitness instructor Specalist Course throught Can fit pro.

Carmen Palamarchuk
Carmen has always had an active lifestyle. She started with Ukrainian dancing at the age of seven and participated in volleyball, basketball and cross-country running throughout high school.
When she retired from Ukrainian dancing she starting competing in figure competitions as a way to spend time on stage. Competing taught her how the proper combination of weight training, cardio and nutrition could change her body. In addition to competing Carmen also trained for a marathon, ran Death Race four years in a row as part of the CTV relay team and raced competitively on Grant MacEwan University's cross-country running team.
